Thanksgiving was real relaxing. I spent thanksgiving at our family farm in East Texas with about 45 cousins. We ate, ate, ate, ate, played games, talked, laughed, slept a little bit, ate some more, played football, watched football, sat around the bonfire, and lots more! I took my flyer out to the farm…a lot of my cousins read it and had a lot of encouraging words to say…
One of my aunts said “I was thinking when I was reading your flyer that you probably wouldn’t have survived if your twin hadn’t been aborted…your mom probably wouldn’t have produced enough nutrients for both of you to survive.”
This weekend I also recieved an email from the person in charge of the Dallas Winter Conference for Campus Crusade for Christ. I had emailed her asking if Coalition for Life and I (as a representative) could have a booth at their ministry fair to inform students about how they can get involved as well as a breakout session where a Coalition for Life staff member and I will talk about Coalition for Life and how they can be involved. They responded this weekend that I CAN have BOTH!!! I am soo excited. Coalition for Life agreed to send one of their representatives with me and they seemed pretty excited!!!!! I hope this helps more students want to be involved in standing up for the lives of innocent babies and that my story will help them see why this is so important!!!
Please pray that the Coalition for Life representative and I will have the gracious words to say and that we will glorify God with this opportunity.
I am passionate about life & God in a down-to-earth & personal way.
